Dear our Valued Customers,

As we are an online fashion store, we only accept order via email. Kindly email us your order to heronlineshop@ymail.com with indicated below information when placing order:

 

a) Your contact (Name)

b) Delivery address

c) Contact number & email address

d) Products code / colour / quantity 

 

- Most of out item are pre-ordered to keep our prices low.

- Shipping will take approximately 3~4 weeks, depending on stock validity & arrival of the shipment.

- We will keep you update on confirmation and shipment.

 

 

PAYMENT

  • Payments are to be made within 3 days after confirmation emails are sent out.
  • Methods of payments by ATM Transfer (DBS Bank) Singapore only or Cash On Delivery.

All items currency is in SGD and payment by funf transfer. For Overseas customer may check your currency with this link http://www.xe.com/ucc/

 

 

SHIPPING

A) LOCAL ORDERS

  • For orders up to S$39.00, a flat postage fee of S$3.00 applies. (For Delivery Within Singapore).
  • For orders up to S$40.00~70.00, a flat postage fee of S$4.00 applies. (For Delivery Within Singapore).
  • For orders above S$71.00, postage and handling charges will be wavied. (For Delivery Within Singapore).

B) INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Postage will be charges according to Parcel rates give by Courier Services.

 

For all shipments:

  • We will NOT BE responsible for packages lost in the mail.
  • We will confirm shipping/handling charges via email before asking you for payment.
  • All parcels can be requested to be sent by Registered Mail (additional of S$2.50).
  • Postage will be applicable for orders below S$71.00 if items are out of stock after payment.
  • Orders will be mailed out only AFTER full payments have been received.

 

                                                                               

EX-CHANGE/RETURN

- Please understand that all sales are FINAL.

- All items will be checked before delivering.

- We will not accept ex-change unless wrong item have been sent by us.

- Refund will only be made if paid item is out of stock.

- Shipping and handling charge imposed for the ex-change/refund items will be paid by the customer.

- Ex-change will be made only if the item is returned in the original condition.

  • Items shall be returned with full and original packaging (include tag, lavel, packaging bad, shopping bag).
  • Items with signs of tampering, washing, altering will not be entertained.
